Basic Qualification Requirements

• Filipino Citizen
• 21 to 59 years old at loan maturity
• Must have a steady source of income
• Must have a residential telephone or cellphone
• With co-maker except for collateral loans (car, taxi, PUV, PUJ, truck, motorcycle and real estate loan)

Documentary Requirements

• Completely-filled up Application form
• Latest 2x2 pictures (3 pcs.)
• Photocopy of 2 valid IDs (Company ID, Passport, Driver's License, Voter's ID, etc.)
• Latest original proof of billing (electricity, telephone, water bills)
• Latest proof of residency (NBI/police clearance; for provincial, barangay clearance)
• Sketch of residence

• Spouse or immediate relative, with steady source of income
